Mindset is the way we look our life. It is the way we approaching different things in our life. It is broadly classified into two types: positive mindset and negative mindset. It is not guaranteed that you’ll be successful if you positive all the times. At the same time, it is better than being negative. So, being positive is better, right. But it is not only one mindset. There is even more that generate lot of achievements.

I love to extracting the wisdom and lessons from great people’s life. I collect lot of the things and applying it in my own life. In that process, I found this 5 mindsets. I’ll sure it helps you.

Those 5 Mindsets are:

  1. Hungry Mindset
  2. Commitment Mindset
  3. Keep Moving Mindset
  4. Curious Mindset
  5. Experimenting Mindset
1: Hungry Mindset

You should have a hunger to achieve lot of things. Have a hunger to learn lot of things. Being hunger to achieve is create a lot of vibes in your mind and body. That makes you more active. But, its not magic it develops. If you’ve this mindset it becomes a habit. And it becomes part of your mind. If you’ve a hunger you’ll become more action oriented person. The main thing is taking action towards your goals.

Commit to your goals and take the first step. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll be living dreams

In my opinion, hungry mindset makes you take the first step. Most of us actually hesitate to take the first step. But the truth is, Life is waiting for you to make the first move. When you being hunger, you actively start finding the food. Like that, If you’ve hunger to achieve, you’ll automatically become active action taker.

But you should remember one thing. Arnold puts it best,

Be hungry for success, hungry to make your mark, hungry to be seen and to be heard and to be have an effect. And as you move up and become successful, make sure also to be hungry for helping others.

2: Commitment Mindset

Commit to your actions. Forget about everything, focus on what you want to do and start doing that. Put your whole soul on that.

Success is a peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to do your best to become the best that you’re capable of becoming – John Wooden

I like this definition of success most. I recommend this video by John Wooden. Put the effort to make your dreams true. Dreams is waste of time unless you act upon that.

The great old billionaire was once asked “the secret of success”. He replied that success was required two things you must know exactly what you want. Second he said you must determine the price that will have to pays to achieve it and then set busy paying that price

Commit to practice the skill. Commit to achieve your goals. Don’t get distracted.  As a young basketball player Bill Bradley would remind himself, ” When you are not practicing remember, someone somewhere is practicing and when you meet him he will win “. Practice, Practice, Practice.

Still curious about commitment achievement, M.S Dhoni puts it in best way

” I believe in giving more than 100% on the field and I don’t really worry about the results if there’s great commitment on the field – That’s victory for me “

3: Keep Moving Mindset

I love this mindset most. Whatever happens, let’s move on. If you succeed, keep move. If you failed learn and move on. Don’t dwelling on your mistakes rather than start doing something else. You don’t care about winning and losing if you adopt this mindset.

I had an obligation to win so I did not feel  “Yeah I won” Instead I’d say to myself “Okay , did that Let’s move on to the next competition – Arnold

Walt Disney said, ” We keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things , because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths”. Don’t care about what others say. Just keep move on and strike the new paths. If you did the mistakes, start thinking what are the ways I can do it better next time.

Don’t Dwell on what went wrong. Instead focus on what to do next. Spend your energy on moving forward toward finding the answer –  Denis Waitley

4: Curious Mindset

Being Curious leads you to finding new things that others can’t see. You become unique. If you see the successful people, one thing is common they’re curious. Because they believe in their knowledge, The Quest for knowledge opened the door for freedom.

Albert Einstein said, ” The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing”

My favourite words are possibilities, opportunities and curiosity. I think if you’re curious , you create opportunities, and then if you open the doors, you create possibilities – Mario Testino.

5: Experimenting Mindset

If you experimenting new things in your life, you’ll see different results, right. But, most people don’t experimenting, they stick with one or two. Albert Einstein said, ” Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results “

Do a lot of experiments in your life. Its also fun and give a great impact in your life. Some will fail and some gives you success. In my own life, I saw that. When I’m studying in school, I want to get good marks. Because of that, I tried the new techniques it gave a good results.

So Guys, these are the five mindsets. Atleast, Start adopt one mindset from today.
